Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy (Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico excluded). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. There is a $7 flat rate return fee that will be deducted from your refund. 

Any items that do not meet these conditions or fall outside the return window are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you use the shoe box as shipping box, a 30% restocking fee will be applied.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your refund from the day we receive your package. Please remember it can take an additional 2-3 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
