City Jeans Return Policy
General Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible U.S. customers (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international shipments). The 30-day period begins on the delivery date confirmed by carrier tracking.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition received — unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
There is a $10 flat-rate return shipping fee deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges (including express or paid shipping) are non-refundable.
Once tracking shows delivery to the shipping address provided, the order is considered fulfilled.
Please note: City Jeans does not offer extended holiday return periods — our standard 30-day return window applies to all purchases, including those made during holiday promotions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Clearance, promotional, or discounted merchandise

Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout

Socks, underwear, or accessories

Any item showing signs of wear, odor, damage, or alteration
Color and fit may vary slightly due to manufacturing and display differences. These do not qualify as defects.
Condition Standards
Items must be returned in their original box and packaging. Any return where the shoe box is used as the shipping box, missing, or damaged will incur a 30% restocking fee.
Apparel showing visible wear, odor, or damage will be denied and returned to the customer at their expense.
Restocking Fees
Returns that fall outside the 30-day window or fail to meet return condition standards may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
This fee will be deducted from your refund prior to issuance.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this restocking policy.
Return Process
To start a return, email shop@cityjeans.com with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, we’ll issue you a Return Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid return label.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
Exchanges
City Jeans does not process direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive your desired item is to place a new order once your return is accepted and refunded.
Customer-Supplied Shipping Labels
If you choose to use your own return label:

You are fully responsible for any loss or damage in transit.

City Jeans will not issue refunds without valid proof of delivery to our return center.

Proof of carrier scan and confirmed delivery are required.
Once a City Jeans-provided label is scanned by the carrier, liability transfers to City Jeans.
Refused Deliveries / Return-to-Sender Packages
Packages refused upon delivery or returned to sender without authorization will incur a $10 return shipping deduction.
Refunds are processed only once the package is received and inspected at our warehouse.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact shop@cityjeans.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll promptly evaluate and correct the issue.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Please allow 1–2 business days from the day your return is received for processing.
Banks or credit card providers may take an additional 2–3 business days to post the refund.
Reseller & Bulk Purchase Policy
City Jeans reserves the right to refuse or limit returns from customers who:

Repeatedly purchase multiple quantities of the same product, or

Appear to be reselling or profiting from product turnover.
Orders flagged as potential resale or bulk buying activity may be subject to final-sale status and ineligible for return.
Recordkeeping & Dispute Resolution
City Jeans maintains proof of delivery, return tracking, and refund records to protect against fraudulent disputes.
By purchasing, you agree that these records constitute valid evidence in any payment or chargeback claim.
