Free Shipping

We offer free ground shipping on orders of $100 or more.
Please note:

  • Sprayground products, specific excluded items, taxes, and Route package insurance do not count toward the $100 minimum.

  • If an order contains any excluded product, the entire order does not qualify for free shipping.

  • Excluded items will be clearly marked on their product pages with text stating they are excluded from free shipping.

  • Free shipping is valid only within the continental United States.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are excluded from free shipping.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 8:00 AM EST typically ship the same day.

  • Orders placed after 8:00 AM EST, or placed on weekends or holidays, ship on the next business day.

We highly recommend purchasing Route Package Protection at checkout.
