Refund policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with City Jeans. If something does not work out, we’re happy to help with eligible returns.
30-Day Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With original tags attached
- In the original box or packaging
The 30-day return window begins on the delivery date shown by carrier tracking.
Return Shipping Options
You may choose the return shipping option that works best for you:
- Use your own return label for a full refund of the item price.
- Use a City Jeans prepaid return label for a flat $10 return shipping fee.
Original shipping charges, including express shipping, are non-refundable.
If you use your own label, please keep your tracking number. City Jeans cannot issue a refund unless the return is delivered to our return center.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, email us at shop@cityjeans.com with:
- Your order number
- The item you want to return
- The reason for the return
As soon as your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions and, if requested, a prepaid return label.
Please do not send items back without return approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page
- Socks and underwear
- Items that are worn, used, damaged, altered, or have odor
Discounted or promotional items are returnable unless they are clearly marked Final Sale on the product page.
Footwear Packaging
Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box in good condition.
Please place the shoe box inside a shipping box or shipping bag. Do not use the shoe box itself as the shipping box.
Missing, damaged, taped, labeled, or shipped shoe boxes may reduce your refund by up to 30%.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get a different size, color, or style is to place a new order. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us at shop@cityjeans.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review it and help make it right.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 1–2 business days after your return is received for inspection and processing. Your bank or credit card provider may take an additional 2–3 business days to post the refund.
Important Notes
City Jeans currently accepts returns for eligible U.S. orders, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Returns that do not meet this policy may be refused, returned to the customer, or refunded at a reduced amount.
